  • Where's your location?
    We're located at 34L-1-1 Jalan Wangsa Delima 6, Wangsa Maju Seksyen 5, KL. There is on-street parking around. Pay attention to DBKL parking charge. Our location also easily accessible by RAPID KL bus route. The nearest LRT station is Sri Rampai.
  • What are your operation hours?
    We open from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm & Saturday from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm. We closed on Friday, Sunday & Public Holiday. If you want to stop by for any reason, please make an appointment to avoid any inconvenience.
  • How to make a registration?
    You can register via online by whatsApp at 012-2450301 & make an online payment. Currently, we're closed for walk-in registration. Any enquiries regarding the class, please whatsApp us.
  • What are the terms & condition of class fees?
    Please read this T&C carefully before proceeding with your registration. These terms are legally binding and stricly non negotiable. 1. Due to limited number of available places, all registration are final, stricly non refundable and only valid for your chosen date. Please carefully check your schedule before going ahead with the payment. 2. Non-attandance of classes due to illness or for personal reasons does not provide the right to refunds or transfer. However, in such an event we will consider all the circumstances and take such action that we consider to be fair and reasonable. 3. In the unlikely event when a class or workshop must be cancelled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is undersubscribed, we will give you a minimum of 24 hours notice. All the payment (if any) will be full refund. 4. If the class is postponed for reasons which we are responsible, including tutor illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the class or to add the missed hours onto remaining course.
  • I registered for a class but just realised I can't attend or can't continue attending. Can I switch to another class or get a refund?
    Once a class or workshop is purchased, it is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please check your schedule ahead of time to ensure you can attend every class or workshop.
  • What happens if I miss my class?
    Every class attandance is compulsory. However, if you have to miss a class due to unforseen circumstances, you can apply for a replacement class. The replacement class is depending on the class availability at that time. All of your replacement classes should be completed during the class duration.
  • What happens if I can't complete my project within the class duration?
    For student who are unable to complete their project within the allocated time, you will get a complementary 3x class session at no extra charge to complete your project. After that, if you need more time, you may choose to top-up additional hours for a fee at RM60 per session.
  • What should I bring on my first class?
    Students are responsible to bring their own sewing tools and fabrics. Further info will be given upon registration.
  • Do you provide fabrics & sewing tools or will I bring my own?
    We provide machines and general sewing and cutting tools, but we do not provide or sell the fabrics. If you need any sewing accessories such as thread, zipper, waist band, interfacing and etc, you can purchase at class. For each class, we will tell you a supply shopping list and explain what types of fabric are appropriate for the assigned project.
